Senior UI/UX Designer (E-commerce & Product) - Egypt

The Senior UI/UX Designer will define the user experience and visual language for critical systems, focusing on e-commerce, subscription, and patient journey interfaces. They will also translate high-fidelity designs into responsive web experiences and optimize conversion funnels.
Responsibilities
- Aesthetic Engineering: Translate high-fidelity Figma mocks into pixel-perfect, responsive web experiences
- Product Strategy: Own the end-to-end design roadmap for the e-commerce and checkout experience
- Design System & Motion: Maintain a modular component library and use purposeful, premium animations
- Conversion Optimization: Analyze conversion funnels and subscription retention to design high-impact features
- Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with Lead and Senior Engineers
- Compliance & Trust: Ensure all designs maintain the highest standards of HIPAA and SOC2 compliance
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Complex Systems Thinking: Proven experience managing intricate state machines
- Technical Literacy: A strong understanding of modern web stacks
- AI Literacy: Experience or high interest in leveraging AI-assisted tools
- Uncompromising Eye for Detail
- High Agency: Ability to operate in ambiguous environments
- Communication: Professional proficiency in English
