UX Designer

The UX Designer is responsible for understanding design challenges and creating user-centric solutions through research and collaboration. They create design concepts and prototypes, refining them based on feedback to ensure alignment with user needs.
Responsibilities
- Performs routine customer and user experience research by conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Creates design solutions with a holistic approach, considers ecosystems and interdependencies
- Creates visuals and prototypes to articulate design concepts and interactions, refining them iteratively based on feedback
- Collaborates with key functions and stakeholders to create desired UX design solutions
- Understands industry practices, design principles, and communication techniques
- Leverages guidance and direction provided by project or organizational leaders
- Establishes strong cross-functional relationships, collaborates with business stakeholders
