Group Senior Product Designer

The Group Senior Product Designer will own design across a large product space and lead design initiatives independently. They will enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation and establish design guidelines and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own design across a large product space, with multiple interaction elements with end customers
• Lead design initiatives independently with minimal direction
• Push for the latest in design trends, is an advocate of the customer, rallies stakeholders with their thought, and executes in conjunction with product heads and other designers
• Submit product wireframe and adapt to requirement changes
• Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences
• Build storyboards to conceptualize designs to accurately convey project plans to clients and p management
• Create surveys for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on user’s ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on company websites and products
• Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product
• Enhance the user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company
• Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
• 8-12 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar role
• A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating your process for creating great user-centered design solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple organizations and drive alignment
• Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced environment, working on ambiguous and challenging projects
• Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs, and customer expectations

• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
