The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for maintaining high standards in mobile design and ensuring intuitive and accessible user experiences. They will also contribute to strategic decisions and advocate for best practices in mobile design.
Responsibilities
- Set and maintain a high bar for mobile design craft, ensuring experiences are intuitive, accessible, and delightful
- Have an end-to-end responsibility for a specific product design experience
- Use data to identify problems, evaluate trade-offs, and iterate effectively
- Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of AutoScout24 mobile experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of in-house experience as a Product Designer working on digital products, with significant focus on mobile apps
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, from discovery to execution, with clear impact
- Deep understanding of mobile design patterns, platform guidelines, and usability principles
- Experience in mentoring less seasoned designers and strong communication & facilitation skills
