The Senior Product Designer will own and lead design for key product areas from concept to execution, conducting user research and transforming insights into user-friendly solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers to shape a strong design culture.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead design for key product areas from concept to execution
- Conduct and synthesise user research into clear, actionable insights
- Transform insights into user-friendly, intuitive solutions that solve real problems
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver seamless experiences
- Develop and evolve our design system so it scales beautifully across platforms
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience designing SaaS products with a strong track record of shipping thoughtful, high-impact work
- Hands-on expertise with Figma and other design tools
- Strong grasp of design systems, user research, and usability best practices
- Solid problem-solving skills with an understanding of technical considerations for desktop products
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to get buy-in from stakeholders
