Senior Graphic Designer
Professional Case Management Remote (🇺🇸 United States of America)
The Senior Graphic Designer will design layouts for various print and digital assets and oversee the creative production lifecycle. They will also provide mentorship to junior designers and ensure high-quality marketing materials are produced efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Design layouts for various print and digital assets including but not limited to websites, emails, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, direct mail, and event materials
- Work alongside a team of creative designers, providing constructive feedback, design direction, and mentorship to elevate the quality of all output and foster a culture of creative excellence
- Assist in overseeing the creative production lifecycle to efficiently produce high-quality marketing materials across all channels, always thinking about appropriate considerations, opportunities, and tactics
- Assist in managing the intake and execution of complex design projects, ensuring deadlines are met, resources are properly allocated, and all final products are polished and error-free
- Maintain a compelling portfolio of compelling work while ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines, delivering the highest quality products
Requirements
- 5+ years of graphic/presentations design experience in a business setting with a track record of delivering results
- A beautiful portfolio of compelling work that demonstrates a passion for creative design
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Bridge, and Acrobat
- Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, strong visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills
- Proven creative problem-solving and conceptual thinking
Key Skills
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Bridge, and Acrobat
- Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, strong visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills
- Proven creative problem-solving and conceptual thinking
- Leadership Experience: Experience in leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, and managing client relationships
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of UX and content strategy
- Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and motion graphics is a plus
