Multimedia Graphic Designer III

The Multimedia Graphic Designer III will create visually compelling content across digital, print, and video platforms to support the brand and marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop high-quality graphics and storytelling assets that enhance user experience and audience engagement.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Manager to develop creative briefs and execute engaging creative strategies
- Design and produce high-quality artwork, layouts, and multimedia assets for digital, print, video, social, and animation projects
- Continuously develop and enhance creative concepts to reflect brand standards, audience insights, and current design trends
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and standardized visual templates (SVTs)
- Meet with internal stakeholders or external clients to discuss objectives and progress on creative projects
- Provide creative direction and support to ensure alignment with business goals
- Support both internal and external customers' creative requests
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a demonstrable body of work
- Proven track record of successful design projects from creative concept through final product
- Experience in dynamic creative environments
- Experience in project tracking and managing creative requests from internal and external customers
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience and a strong portfolio will be considered
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, etc)
- Skilled in photography, videography, and editing to support multimedia campaigns
- Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, accessibility, typography, and color theory
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging visuals
- Experience balancing creativity with functionality, ensuring optimized performance across platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and detail
