UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will design end-to-end workflows for the Keystone Subscription Engine, focusing on onboarding, billing, and service interactions. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure user needs are prioritized in product development.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver exceptional user experiences, including user flows, wireframes, interaction patterns, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Translate complex technical requirements into simple, elegant, user-centered designs for enterprise applications
- Ensure consistency, usability, accessibility, and visual excellence by adhering to and contributing to design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, researchers, and other UX professionals
- Influence day-to-day design decisions and guide discussions to ensure user needs stay at the center of product development
- Leverage responsible AI tools to accelerate prototyping, improve design quality, and scale impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, Psychology, or related field
- 5-8 years of UX/Product Design experience for enterprise or cloud-based products
- Strong skills in user flows, wireframes, interaction design, visual design, and Figma
