Lead end-to-end design for major initiatives across on-premise and SaaS platforms, translating user needs and business goals into user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Contribute to design systems and advocate for accessibility while providing mentorship to other designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for major initiatives spanning on-prem and SaaS platforms
- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into user journeys and flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
- Make design decisions that balance usability, security, scalability, and backward compatibility
- Clearly articulate design rationale and trade-offs to stakeholders
- Contribute to and evolve design systems and component libraries in Figma across on-prem and SaaS products
- Drive consistency and cohesion across platforms while respecting technical constraints
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Product Designers
- Raise overall design quality through feedback, standards, and example
- Contribute to improving design processes and ways of working
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product or UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership on complex SaaS or enterprise products
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems and collaborative workflows
- Experience designing for both modern and legacy systems
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
