As a Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end user experience and simplify complex AI governance concepts into intuitive designs. You will lead user research initiatives and evolve the design system to ensure quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Product experience leadership: Own the end-to-end user experience, from initial concepts to polished interfaces
- Simplifying complexity: Transform dense AI governance concepts into clear, intuitive experiences
- User research: Lead user research initiatives to deeply understand our customers' needs, pain points, and workflows
- Design system evolution: Build upon our existing design system, evolving it as we scale
- Product Discovery: Identify opportunities, validate ideas quickly, and shape our roadmap based on user needs and business goals
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure our product delivers on its promise at every stage of the customer journey
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience crafting B2B software products, ideally in SaaS, enterprise tools, data platforms, or regulated industries
- Experienced designer with a portfolio that demonstrates design solutions supported by metrics
- Systems thinker who understands how to build and maintain scalable design systems
- Research-driven with hands-on experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements
- Complexity translator who thrives on making difficult concepts accessible
- Product-minded with a natural curiosity about the "why" behind features
- Skilled in modern tools: Figma is your home, and you're comfortable working with design systems, prototyping tools, and collaborating in Notion
