Product Designer

Design and iterate on the web application while collaborating closely with engineers to simplify complex tax workflows. Build and maintain a cohesive design system applied across various platforms and contribute to product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Designing and iterating on the web application
• Collaborating with Engineers to deliver features that simplify complex tax workflows
• Partnering with the Customer Success team to identify user pain points and translate those insights into actionable product improvements
• Building and maintaining a cohesive design system that is applied across the product, marketing site, sales materials, and event presence

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Designer experience within the B2B software space
• Strong systems thinking ability, focusing on consistency and scalability in design
• Proficient in Figma, with experience adapting to the fast-paced dynamics of a startup environment
• Ability to navigate between detailed UI design and broader brand and visual design initiatives
