The Product Designer will create intuitive, user-centric solutions to help users manage their finances. This includes collaborating with various teams and driving design efforts from exploration to launch.
Responsibilities
- Creating intuitive, user-centric solutions that truly help people understand and manage their finances
- Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Service teams across all markets
- Driving design efforts from exploration to launch and beyond
- Rapidly prototyping, iterating, and exploring multiple directions to uncover the best possible solutions
- Contributing to and evolving our shared Design System, ensuring visual consistency and design quality across the entire product ecosystem
Requirements
- A proven track record as a product designer in a fast-paced environment
- Strong UI craft and a solid understanding of UX design patterns
- A portfolio that demonstrates clear, structured thinking and a user-centered design approach
- Experience driving design work end-to-end: exploration, prototyping, iteration, delivery, and continuous improvement
- The ability to quickly explore multiple design directions and use feedback to guide decision-making
- Strong communication skills — you present your ideas clearly, manage stakeholders effectively, and tie design decisions to measurable outcomes and business goals
