UX Designer - Ops & Regs

Lead design projects from discovery to implementation while collaborating closely with internal teams. Create wireframes and prototypes, manage iterative design processes, and contribute to the design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead Design Projects: Own end-to-end design delivery, from discovery and research through to implementation
- Immerse Yourself in the User Environment: Spend time with internal teams to understand their day-to-day processes, pain points, and successes
- Create Wireframes & Prototypes: Translate ideas into tangible design assets
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
- Manage Iterative Design: Use feedback and data to refine solutions and improve usability
- Contribute to Design Systems: Help to build, maintain, and evolve the design system for consistency and accessibility
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a UX role
- Expertise in User-Centred Design principles
- Knowledge of visual design principles and accessibility standards
- Awareness of current UX/UI trends
