UI Designer / Technologist | Shared Experience

As a UI Designer, you will translate the shared experience vision into production-ready UI definitions and design shared UI patterns and interaction models. You will collaborate with project teams and ensure high standards of usability and visual consistency.
Responsibilities
- Designing shared UI patterns, layouts, and interaction models used across products
- Exploring, prototyping, and validating concepts addressing cross-product needs
- Contributing to the definition of experience principles and usage rules
- Collaborating with project teams to understand their needs and constraints
- Facilitating or supporting workshops to converge on shared solutions
- Partnering with the Design System team to ensure alignment and scalability
- Ensuring high standards of usability, accessibility, and visual consistency
Requirements
- Strong prototyping skills (Figma, interactive prototypes)
- Solid foundation in UI, motion, and graphic design
- Passion for systemic UI design
- Experience working at the intersection of UX, UI, brand, and platform thinking
- Ability to convert concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible visuals
- Knowledge of front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Fluent English language skills
