The Senior Product Designer will conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors, develop wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features. The role also involves crafting interactive elements and maintaining a cohesive user experience across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, understand needs, behaviors and motivations of users through methods like usability testing, interviews, surveys and observational studies
- Develop user personas, and understand key behavioral attributes and psychographic traits that our users have
- Develop our Information Architecture and so it’s easy for customers to find what they need on mobile and desktop
- Develop wireframes to understand the structure of screens and pages
- Develop clickable prototypes that can be tested with users to generate useful insights for areas to improve
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer
- Strong user experience, user interface, and visual design skills
- Passion for interaction design and ability to prototype interactive experiences
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to argue design biases
- Mastery of Figma and good knowledge of prototyping and user testing tools
