The Senior UX Designer will drive design processes, gather and analyze insights to uncover user and business needs, and create prototypes for validation and development. They will facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define direction and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze insights both qualitatively and quantitatively to uncover user and business needs
- Use AI actively in analysis, synthesis, and hypothesis definition
- Map customer journeys, service flows across channels and systems
- Facilitate ideation, create strategic direction, and develop digital concepts
- Translate concepts into flows, prototypes, and design deliveries ready for validation and development
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience from a bureau or consultant house
- Methodical and structured approach to work without losing tempo or quality
- Ability to take ownership and collaborate with customers and colleagues across disciplines and interests
- Ability to translate strategy, insight, and technical requirements into clear recommendations
- Proficient use of Figma and ability to translate ideas into concrete deliveries
