The Senior UX Designer will lead UX efforts across digital products, collaborating with stakeholders to define user journeys and design goals. They will also mentor junior designers and support the design team in producing high-quality design outputs.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX efforts across one or more digital products or services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user journeys, flows, and design goals
- Conduct or support user research and translate insights into design actions
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs
- Review and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design
- Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and information architecture
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
