Senior Product Designer (AI Experiences)

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design of AI-driven experiences, focusing on conversational and multi-agent interactions. This includes owning the end-to-end design process from discovery to validation, ensuring high-quality user experiences across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end discovery for AI-driven experiences
- Design, prototype, and validate experiences following UX best practices
- Define agent behaviors, conversation systems, and AI-driven interactions
- Build and evolve evaluation frameworks to continuously iterate and improve experience quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases and refine prompts and interaction logic
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B digital products
- Strong background in Product Design with end-to-end UX ownership
- 2–3+ years designing AI-powered, conversational, agentic, or multimodal experiences
- Solid mastery of UI and UX foundations, including interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
- Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping workflows
