The Product Designer will collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape end-to-end product experiences and introduce simplicity to complex journeys. They will also use research and feedback to inform design decisions and contribute to design standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering to understand problems, validate needs, and define opportunities
- Shape end to end product experiences through user journeys, flows, prototypes, and high fidelity execution
- Introduce simplicity to complex journeys across Careem's mobile and web products
- Use research and feedback to inform decisions and reduce risk
- Integrate modern design tools and AI-driven workflows into the design process
Requirements
- 3 to 5 plus years of experience designing consumer products for mobile and web
- Ability to think in systems and design for full scenarios rather than individual screens
- Strong product reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Familiarity with user research methods
- Experience working in iterative environments with fast feedback cycles
