Senior UX/UI Product Designer (m/w/d)

You will design digital journalistic products conceptually, functionally, and visually across all devices. Your work will involve translating complex structures into intuitive digital experiences for millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Conceptually, functionally, and visually designing digital journalistic products for all devices
• Translating complex structures into intuitive digital experiences for millions of users
• Creating clear and aesthetically pleasing interfaces with a sense of typography, icon language, imagery, and layout
• Collaborating with developers, product managers, research, editorial, marketing, and external partners to find the best solutions
• Staying up-to-date with current trends and innovations in design and sharing knowledge within the team

Requirements

• Successful completion of a relevant degree or comparable training
• Several years of experience in User Experience and User Interface Design
• Proficiency in common design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe CC
• Strong design and conceptual skills
• Experience with prototyping tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Knowledge or experience in motion design or animation is an advantage
• Excellent German and English language skills
