Senior Product Designer - Technology (Emirati national)

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design process from ideation to delivery, collaborating with product managers and engineers. They will also conduct user research and establish UX/UI standards within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from ideation, research, and wireframing to prototyping and delivery
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product vision and design strategy
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Establish UX/UI standards and elevate design thinking within the organization
- Advocate for user needs and design excellence across cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional experience in product/UX design
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design outcomes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
