
The Graphic Designer will develop creative materials for digital and print platforms while ensuring compliance with IHG brand standards. They will collaborate with various teams to support marketing initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop creative materials for both digital and print platforms, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, menus, posters, presentations, social media content, and promotional collateral
- Ensure all designs comply with IHG brand standards and guidelines
- Support marketing and sales initiatives by creating visual assets that enhance campaigns, promotions, and hotel visibility
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Operations teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
- Adapt and resize designs for various platforms and channels as required
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure accurate production of materials
- Update and maintain the hotel's visual assets library
- Assist in developing creative concepts for seasonal promotions, events, and campaigns
- Revise and amend designs based on feedback from stakeholders and management
- Comply with Hotel and Company Rules and Regulations as outlined in the Employment Handbook
- Adhere to Company grooming and professional appearance standards
- Follow Time and Attendance policies
- Actively participate in training and development programs and continuously enhance creative and technical skills
- Maintain organized records of design files and projects
- Demonstrate a professional and service-oriented attitude in all interactions
- Respond promptly and accurately to design requests from internal departments
- Anticipate creative needs and propose innovative design solutions
- Maintain a high level of product, brand, and market knowledge to positively impact guest perception
- Support internal customers with a collaborative and solution-driven approach
- Review and improve existing design standards to ensure competitiveness and brand consistency
- Demonstrate understanding and compliance with all Company policies related to Health, Hygiene, and Fire Life Safety
- Familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures
- Ensure any safety concerns, incidents, or risks identified during work activities are reported promptly
- Comply with the Company's Corporate Code of Conduct
- Understand and demonstrate IHG's values and desired behaviors
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Management in support of business objectives
