The Senior UX Designer will conduct user research and translate insights into designs that improve usability. They will collaborate with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver solutions aligned with business and user goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors
- Translate insights into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs that improve usability and drive adoption of Accuris products
- Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business and user goals
- Contribute to and maintain Accurisâ design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all digital products
- Serve as the voice of the user, advocating for usability and accessibility in all phases of product development
- Continuously improve designs based on feedback, testing, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 4â6 years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or related industries
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and solutions for complex digital products
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Figma Make
- Familiarity with engineering workflows, PLM platforms, or related tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
