The Senior UX Designer will create user-centric designs that enhance player experiences while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They will conduct research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Create intuitive, user- and business-centric designs that enhance the player experience and comply with regulatory standards
- Conduct competitor research and usability testing to inform and justify design decisions
- Build wireframes and prototypes in Figma to communicate design concepts clearly
- Collaborate on the UX of new features while considering legal and compliance requirements
- Design visually appealing interfaces following our design system
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Dev, QA) to ensure the successful implementation of designs
Requirements
- 5 + years of solid background in UX/UI design and market research, ideally in the gambling industry
- Background working in product companies, with a deep understanding of product development cycles
- Advanced skills in Figma and design systems
- Strong information architecture, wireframing, and user research abilities
- Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable design insights
- Experience designing for mobile apps and responsive web platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex design challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for innovation and detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus
