Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

Lead customer, product, and market research activities, including user interviews and usability testing. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to build quality products and experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer, product, and market research activities, including user interviews and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to build quality products and experiences
- Identifying and anticipating customer needs and solutions
- Utilizing qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decision-making
- Applying a user-centered design process to everything you do, and creating end to end user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity design
Requirements
- 5 or more years of hands-on experience working as a product or UI/UX designer for a SaaS company on web and mobile platforms
- Bachelor’s in Business, UI/UX Design, or Graphic Design, or relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross functionally to design, build and ship products
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of our customers' business needs, how their business runs, and how to creatively build effective visual and interaction designs
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of product thinking, systems thinking, storytelling, and design craft
- Experience creating design systems or reusable, flexible design components, and documenting their correct usage
- Experience or interest in moderating customer interviews and usability sessions with end users
- Experience or interest in facilitating creative requirements sessions such as Design Sprints
- Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Slack

- Base salary: $120K - $160K based on experience
