Product Designer

As a product designer, you will transform broad ideas into valuable user experiences for over 2 billion users. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to oversee the user experience from conception to launch.
Responsibilities
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for users
- Design flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces
- Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Facebook products
- Give and solicit feedback from designers and a broader product team to continually improve for quality
- Drive a partnership with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years designing complex software products with a focus on user experience, interaction, and visual design that meet business objectives
- Experience conducting advanced usability testing and gathers feedback from varied stakeholders to inform product strategy
