[LI] Senior UI/UX Designer

The Senior UI/UX Designer will translate user requirements into coherent product experiences and define user flows while collaborating with various stakeholders. They will also conduct usability testing and advocate for user needs throughout the product development process.
Responsibilities
- Translate user requirements into coherent and consistent product experiences
- Define user flows, produce wireframes, and create interactive prototypes in Figma, ensuring alignment with DANA’s design system
- Conduct usability testing, synthesize findings, and iterate based on user feedback
- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end experiences
- Advocate for user needs and data-driven design decisions across the product development process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related fields
- More than 5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a tech or product-driven company
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices
- Proficiency in Figma (including components, variants, and prototyping)
- Experience conducting user research or usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a growth mindset
