As a Product Designer, you will create wireframes and detailed designs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advocate for design decisions. You will also conduct user research and ensure designs meet business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Creating wireframes and detailed designs within the existing design system
- Support design activities by collaborating with Business Analysts, Data Scientists & Developers directly in your team and Lead Product Designers & Product Managers
- Test and iterate on designs to improve the user experience
- Present and advocate for design decisions to stakeholders and users
- Gather and evaluate user requirements, by facilitating workshops sessions
- Ensure that designs meet business goals and technical constraints
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Keep updated design processes and workflows
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies
- Considering the ethical implications of design decisions, and designing products and services that are responsible and beneficial to society
- Maintaining and adding to the design libraries and documentation
Requirements
- Proven 3+ years experience as a Product Designer
- Product experience with B2B products and relationships
- Experience in designing data heavy applications
- Strong understanding of product design methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with a strong systems thinking capabilities
- Project design skills and the ability to support cross-functional teams
- Expertise in agile development methodologies
- An inclination towards action and clarity
- Strong foundational understanding development principles spanning front-end implementation and database structures
