Senior UX Designer (hybrid)

Lead UX design efforts for access control and video solutions while collaborating with teams in multiple locations. Craft visually stunning and intuitive interfaces that align with user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Partner with PMs and engineers to deliver elegant, feasible solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to design systems and UX standards
- Support cross-functional collaboration and design reviews
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
