The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for promoting brand awareness and maximizing revenue through effective sales techniques. They will also handle guest inquiries and ensure a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Promoting awareness of the brand image internally and externally
- Using sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
- Recognizing opportunities to up-sell and sell enhancements to create a better experience for guests
- Explaining details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners
- Verifying that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
