Product Designer
Panda Game Manufacturing Remote (🇺🇸 United States of America)
The Product Designer will plan and conduct UX research, translating insights into actionable design decisions. They will collaborate with engineers and maintain the evolution of the design system.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, and prototype validation
- Translate research insights into clear, actionable design decisions
- Produce high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI designs for new features and product improvements
- Collaborate closely with Engineers and the Director of Technology to define problems, discuss solutions and align on goals
- Oversee and maintain the evolution of the design system, guidelines and best practices
Requirements
- A portfolio that showcases strong UX thinking and clean, intuitive interface design
- 4+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in B2B product environments
- Strong generalist background across research, UX, UI, and visual design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Skilled in Figma and experienced with rapid prototyping tools
- Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams
- Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at creating structure where none exists
- Experience working with component-based design
- Ability to travel internationally for at least 1 week per year
