Principal Product Designer

As a Principal Product Designer, you will deliver exceptional design work on complex initiatives and explore new approaches to design through prototyping and experimentation. You will also build design systems and frameworks while partnering with product managers, engineers, and researchers to create impactful experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional design work on complex initiatives that balance vision, detail, and execution
• Explore new approaches to design through prototyping and experimentation with emerging tools while maintaining the highest craft standards
• Provide critique and mentorship that sharpens thinking and elevates the work of other designers
• Build design systems and frameworks that create consistency and scalability across brands

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in product or UX design with a portfolio that demonstrates craft mastery and systems thinking
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma and comfort prototyping at different fidelities
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools and a clear perspective on applying them responsibly
• A track record of iterative, detail-oriented work that leads to polished, scalable outcomes
