Senior Product Designer UI/UX

You will translate complex business problems into clear design solutions and establish a scalable design system. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to ensure usability and deliver value quickly.

Responsibilities

• Translate Complexity into Clarity: Partner with stakeholders during the definition phase to visualize business problems
• Establish Design Operations: Build and maintain a lightweight, scalable Design System that mirrors our frontend architecture
• Champion Progressive Delivery: You understand that great products are built in layers
• Bridge the Gap: You will act as the translator between customer needs and engineering constraints

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing complex web applications (B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus)
• Expert in Modern Design Tools: Deep proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Variables) and prototyping workflows
• Technical Fluency: You don't need to write code, but you must understand how HTML/CSS/JS work so you can design feasible solutions
• Documentation-First: Experience working in a structured environment where written specs and design artifacts move together
• You must be a Canadian resident and legally eligible to work in Canada to apply
