Lead the UX design strategy for Amazon's device offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand identity. Mentor senior designers and influence design frameworks and methodologies across multiple product lines.
Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy for horizontally-scaled services supporting all Amazon device product lines
- Drive cross-org alignment on design systems, patterns, and standards that impact millions of customers
- Partner with senior leadership to map business goals to design investments and outcomes
- Mentor and develop design talent across the organization while setting the bar for design excellence
Requirements
- 10+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design
Key Skills
- Experience providing and effectively communicating strategic and tactical recommendations based on data
- Experience with consumer brands and experience design, and a passion for storytelling
