Digital UI/UX Designer
America First Credit Union Remote (🇺🇸 United States of America)
The UI/UX Designer will conduct user research and testing, create wireframes and prototypes, and design user interfaces that align with brand guidelines. They will collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure a seamless digital banking experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct formal and informal user research and testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps
- Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces
- Participate in development and QA efforts
- Work closely with product managers, back-end developers, and marketing teams
- Maintain a record of designs, style guides, and component libraries
- Deliver effective presentations of ideas and concepts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
- Strong foundation in prototyping and wireframing software
- Strong foundation in usability best practices
- Ability to understand and inspect HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven experience designing and developing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
