Marketing Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer develops and executes high-quality visual solutions that support Wintrust’s brand and marketing initiatives across digital and print channels. This role collaborates closely with the Creative Art Senior Manager and Copywriters to translate strategic goals into compelling, on-brand creative deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality print and digital design assets using InDesign, Figma, and email design platforms
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and visual clarity across all channels
- Collaborate with the Creative Art Senior Manager and Copywriting team to translate strategic goals into visual solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, adhere to established creative workflows, and ensure the timely delivery of assets through effective communication and prioritization
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of related experience
- Proficient knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient knowledge in InDesign
- Strong concepting skills
- Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and branding principles
- Strong Digital design skills
- Email and landing page layout skills
- Visual storyteller
- Collaborative and Team Player
- Workfront knowledge preferred
- Figma and Bee Pro experience preferred
