Responsibilities
- Designing at Scale – Lead high-impact, mission-critical projects that define the future of Zoom Marketplace and Developer Platform
- Collaborating – Partner with cross-functional teams to align on product direction and deliver impactful work
- Driving high-quality design while collaborating closely with design leadership
- Leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions
- Crafting in Figma – Own design execution in Figma, delivering pixel-perfect visuals and clear specifications
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience with a deep portfolio showcasing exceptional user-centered interaction design
- Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional and cross-team stakeholders
- Experience with AI-powered design tools
- Systems thinking ability with experience contributing to design systems libraries
- Excellent communication skills
