The Associate UX Designer will work closely with the UX lead to formulate and execute the product vision, participating in the end-to-end product design process. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, creating design deliverables, and advocating for user abilities through testing.

- Work closely with the UX lead to formulate and execute the product vision
- Understand and document the underlying needs and motivation of clients
- Create and present a variety of design deliverables
- Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions that are optimized for web and mobile interfaces
Requirements
- Relevant experience and mindset
- Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates how you have created experiences that solved business and user needs
- 2-5 years of experience as a UX designer
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field
- Excellent skills in Figma
