Sr. Product Designer

The Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and requirements while translating complex business problems into user-centered design solutions. They will also drive user research initiatives and maintain Synitiâs design system for consistency across products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and requirements
- Dig deep into complex business problems to understand user needs, workflows, and underlying data challenges
- Create user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and prototypes
- Drive user research initiatives and synthesize insights to inform design decisions
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree or commensurate experience
- 5â8 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Figma design solution
- Experience with work item and defect tracking management systems
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design approaches
