
The Product Designer will be responsible for the full design process within the Risk & Trading Optimisation team, focusing on building user experiences and creating UX/UI assets. They will collaborate with product managers and other teams to ensure the design meets business needs and user goals.
Responsibilities
- Focus on the end-user, using research and experimentation to define a user-centered approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, developers, and traders
- Create low, medium, and high-fidelity wireframes and functional prototypes
- Contribute to creating a design system to be used in building trading experiences
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years focused Product design experience
- Ability to design polished, high-fidelity mockups
- A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving skills
- Motivated self-starter who can deeply collaborate with other disciplines
- Strong relationship management skills
