- Imagine the future of Netflix Games, leading conceptual and visual explorations
- Create visionary artifacts, producing visually stunning mockups, prototypes, and animations
- Prototype boldly, using tools such as Figma, After Effects, and generative AI
- Collaborate across teams, working closely with design leadership, creative studio, and product executives
- Shape strategy through design, translating open-ended questions into inspiring creative directions
Requirements
- 10+ years as a Product Designer, Visual Designer, or Creative R&D Designer
- Proven experience with craft excellence and conceptual vision
- Visionary thinking, with ability to connect creative exploration with broader business or platform opportunities
- Hands-on creator, skilled in Figma and comfortable experimenting with new tools
- Deep gaming insight, with genuine passion for games and strong understanding of the industry's trends
