The Senior UX Designer will facilitate collaboration across teams to solve complex problems and align on business goals. They will design comprehensive user experiences, develop user flows, and maintain UX guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to solve complex problems
- Design and model comprehensive user experiences, emphasizing user needs and problem-solving
- Develop clear user flows, detailed specifications, and prototypes
- Expand and maintain UX guidelines and patterns for company-wide use
- Produce high-quality, research-based creative solutions to complex problems
Requirements
- 3+ years in UX/product design, preferably in SaaS or platform services
- Proficient in Figma and experience with other prototyping tools and AI-assisted UX design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving ability and experience with agile development processes
