The Product Designer will partner with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to design end-to-end experiences that improve usability and accelerate outcomes. They will guide stakeholders through the design process and connect design work to measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design Strategy and Discovery: Frame abstract problems into concrete opportunities through UX research, critical thinking and clear recommendations
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Guide stakeholders through the design process, align on priorities and partner with product and engineering to deliver solutions
- Data-informed Design: Use quantitative and qualitative evidence to define success metrics, inform decisions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Prototyping and Systems: Lead prototyping as a team sport to de-risk decisions, validate concepts and maintain design principles from idea to implementation
