UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will assist the Director of Web Development in producing and maintaining designs for the Elite Alliance Exchange program. They will conceptualize visual designs and user experiences to deliver personalized experiences for members.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the design strategy, user experience, and customer journey, for the company's web platform
- Conceptualize and produce sketches, prototypes, wireframes, and visual assets for desktop and mobile experiences
- Assist in identifying new business and revenue producing opportunities regarding visual design and associated technologies
- Assist with photo manipulation for use in digital (web, email) and physical formats
- Meet regularly with our Systems Specialist and the operations team to solicit feedback and comments on membership experience, and assist with revenue generating initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related discipline
- One to two years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience with Photoshop, InVision, Sketch, Figma, and/or other similar design software
- Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with CSS framework
- Self-starter with strong self-management skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
