Product Designer Junior - Seguros

As a Product Designer, you will translate customer feedback into digital products, overseeing the entire design process from conception to implementation. You will work closely with the product team to ensure effective product development and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into digital products
• Work on the entire design process from conception to implementation and results
• Care for the end-to-end process of product design, from discovery to handoff with the technology team
• Focus on web platforms for insurance advisors and consultants
• Work with the product team to build processes from discovery

Requirements

• Technical skills: execution of tests and research with users, experience with UX/UI, development of flows and mind maps
• Behavioral skills: inspiring by example, living and exercising company values, assertive communication, collaboration with other teams
• Knowledge of design methodologies and design system
• Ability to create interactions and prototypes for web and mobile
