
Sr. Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will design and deliver impactful experiences for customers in Deal Sourcing, focusing on creating exceptional products for private equity investment professionals. You will conduct research, develop innovative concepts, and collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Utilize user-centered design and systems thinking skills to create solutions for complex data and user workflow challenges
- Conduct user research and data analysis to understand user needs and behaviors
- Partner with product management and engineering team members to define product experience strategy and solutions
- Develop customer journey maps, task and user flows, and design concepts to inform product strategies and priorities
- Translate abstract concepts into simple and elegant designs
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions and identify strategies for enhancement and improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Human Centered Design, Psychology, or equivalent
- 5+ years of professional experience in a Product Design/UX role
- Expert-level knowledge of user-centered design practices
- A portfolio of past work including concepts, ideation, flows, and completed designs
- Strong demonstration of design thinking skills and ability to create innovative experiences
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
