The Product Designer will lead design work from problem understanding to final delivery, translating business and user needs into intuitive experiences. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, prioritize deliverables, and influence the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design work on product fronts, from understanding the problem to final delivery
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope, prioritize deliveries, and influence the product roadmap
- Create flows, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces using Figma and AI tools
- Conduct usability tests to validate hypotheses and optimize solutions
- Ensure visual and functional consistency with the company's design system and usability standards
- Support the development team during implementation, providing detailed handover and quality control of deliveries
- Perform benchmarking and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Requirements
- Experience in digital product design, with experience in all stages of the process
- Domain of tools like Figma, Figjam, Google Analytics, Mouseflow
- Practical and consistent knowledge of Design Systems
- Ability to think strategically, balancing user needs and business objectives
- Knowledge of usability, information architecture, and user testing
- Good communication and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Storytelling ability to communicate complex visions and solutions to different audiences
- Experience in Product/UX Design, with a relevant digital portfolio
