Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead the evolution of internal tools and BI dashboards to enhance operational excellence. This includes conducting user research, creating designs, managing the design system, and collaborating with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & User Research (25%): Partner with Product team to conduct interviews, synthesize pain points, and document the current vs. future state of internal workflows
• Design Execution (25%): Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for information-dense applications and BI dashboards
• Design System Ownership (20%): Manage and contribute to our homegrown DSL
• Usability & Validation (15%): Conduct usability testing scripts and sessions
• Engineering Partnership (15%): Work side-by-side with the Engineering team

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in Product Design: Specifically focusing on internal-facing tools or data-heavy applications
• Full-Stack Design Proficiency: You are an expert in the end-to-end UX process, from conducting deep-dive user research and synthesis to high-fidelity UI execution
• Internal Systems Expert: You understand that for internal tools, 'efficiency' is the primary metric

Key Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• The 'Non-Rigid' Thinker: You are comfortable with ambiguity and don't need a playbook
• Engineering Liaison: You enjoy the 'give and take' with developers
