Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will take ownership of the design process from sketches to prototypes and shipped features, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. They will also run usability tests and engage with users to gather insights for product improvement.
Responsibilities
- Take real ownership of design concepts, from scrappy sketches to polished prototypes to shipped features
- Be the Design Lead within a tight product trio (Product + Engineering + You)
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product to simplify workflows and remove friction
- Partner with developers throughout the build process to ensure high-quality implementation
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing for B2B SaaS
- Fluency in UX/UI patterns and ability to map user flows fast
- Ability to prototype quickly and explain thinking clearly
- Experience working in Agile squads and collaborating with engineers
