Product Designer (12 month fixed-term)

As a Product Designer, you will craft end-to-end journeys for small businesses and translate customer insights into user-centric interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle design challenges and contribute to a global product vision.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly iterate on design concepts for underserved areas like Inventory to help Xero reach new market segments
• Enhance the banking and reconciliation experience to ensure new customers find immediate value in the platform
• Explore broad product design solutions specifically tailored to meet the unique expectations of the US region
• Utilize the comprehensive design system to maintain consistency while exploring creative solutions

Requirements

• Strong portfolio that showcases high-quality design outcomes and ability to solve genuine customer pain points
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work closely with engineering and product peers
• Solid understanding of building and evolving products based on usage patterns and direct user feedback
